After graduating from Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Commerce, I spent around eight years at Deloitte and PwC leading PMOs and transformation programs for multinational clients in pharma and healthcare — building governance, wrangling timelines, and keeping dozens of stakeholders aligned across time zones.
I own delivery from planning through Go-live and adoption, and have handled everything from rescuing programs in disarray to large-scale global rollouts. I went independent in 2026, and building on the firm-grade delivery quality I honed there, I commit to solving each client's challenges with greater flexibility and a genuine sense of ownership.
What I care about most is clarity. Clear plans, clear ownership, clear communication — in whichever of my three languages serves the room best.
